Hash House Harriers

The Hash House Harriers (abbreviated to HHH, H3, or referred to simply as hashing) is an international group of non-competitive running, social clubs. An event organized by a club is known as a hash or hash run, with participants calling themselves hashers or hares and hounds.

AS3H CONSTITUTION

l  The following amendments were approved by theRegistrar of Societies and effective w.e.f. March 2015.

       RULE 5.1     Ordinary members shall pay a monthly subscription of RM50.00 (FIFTY RINGGIT).

       RULE 5.3     Outstation Members in which they participate for each run shall pay RM20.00 (TWENTY RINGGIT)

       RULE 7.3.3  The Management Committee will be elected biennially.

l  The following amendments (FINANCIAL PROVISIONS) were tabled at the AGM and the House unanimously approved the amendments but subjective to the ROS approval.

10.2     The Treasurer may hold a petty cash advance not exceeding RM1000
             (ONE THOUSAND RINGGIT) at any one time. All money in excess of this amounts shall within SEVEN (7) days of receipt be deposited in the bank approved by the Committee. The bank account shall be in the name of the Association.


10.4     Expenditure exceeding RM1000 (ONE THOUSAND RINGGIT) at any one time shall not be incurred without the prior sanction of the Committee.  Expenditure exceeding RM10000 (TEN THOUSAND RINGGIT) at any one time shall not be incurred without the prior sanction of a General Meeting. Expenditure of RM1000 (ONE THOUSAND RINGGIT) and less at any one time may be approved by the President together with the Secretary and the Treasurer.
