35TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 MARCH 2014 at Anggerik Restaurant at 8.00p.m. Each member will be charged a levy of RM50.00
Members are requested to exercise whatever little sense you have to elect your new Management Committee who can serve you for the fiscal year 2014.
To elect a Committee for the ensuring year among those present and among those absent who have given a written consent handed to the Hon. Secretary at least SEVEN (7) days before the Annual General Meeting. (CONSTITUTION RULE NO. 7.3.3)
To consider any other business for which not less than FOUR (4) WEEKS notice has been given by any member in writing to the Hon. Secretary in the form of resolution. (CONSTITUTION RULE NO. 7.3.5)
