SOFT DRINKS / DRINKING WATER

It has come to the notice of the Management Committee that the hares who ferry soft drinks / drinking water for the weekly runs, return the balance of the drinks to the shop after 7 - 10 days. The supplier has problems billing the club.

The Management Committee has decided that the hares ferrying the soft drinks/ drinking water should return the balance of the drinks to the shop within 3 days after the run.

The Hon. Secretary will appoint a committee member to record the balance of the drinks after each run with the hares. One of the hares have to sign the balance sheet and then it will be given to the Hash Cash. Hares who fail to return the drinks within 3 days after each run, the amount will be credited into their account.

The Committee member appointed to record the balance of the drinks after each run will also oversee the runsite is cleaned up after each run.

The committee member responsible to record the balance of the drinks is unable to attend the run, he has to find a replacement within the Committee.
