The Committee has stopped guesting for non-hash members for one fiscal year until the next AGM. No member is allowed to bring non hash guests for the said period.
Ex-members who have resigned and wish to rejoin, should inform the Committee and turn up as guest. If he has any outstanding dues, he has to settle all the dues and approval of the membership is the discretion of the Committee. If the Committee approves the membership, his run numbers will be retained and new membership number given.
The Committee decided that any member who wish to invite AS3H members for any function, should inform the Hon. Secretary / Jointmasters so that the message can be filtered down to the membership

The Committee will be recording the balance of 100 Plus & Drinking Water after each run. The drinks sent back to the shop does not tally with the drink sheet, the amount will be charged to the member responsible for sending back the said drinks.
