INVITATION TO ALOR STAR HHH 33rd ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION RUN ON 11 DEC 2010

We take great pressure in extending our warmest invitation to fellow hashers to join us in celebrating our 33rd Anniversary on the 11 DEC 2010 Saturday at Danok (Thailand)

Registration is now open and is strictly for male members only.

Due to limited space and logistic constraint, we will be limiting this event to only 500 registered hashers.

It is a FOC event and we will charge each hashers RM50 to those chapters who has charge us.

Please ensure that FOC registered hashers attend this event, if they don’t turn up we will charge the club RM50 each.

Please bring along your traveling document with you.

Charges : RM300 (compulsory)

* Collection will start from April 2010.

Accommodation : Mayflower Grand Hotel,150 Sangchan Road, Hat Yai, Thailand (RM120@room)

Charges : Members (F.O.C), Children below 7 (F.O.C), Children 7-12 years old (RM20 each), Children above 12, father, mother, father in-law, mother in-law, or mad (RM35 each).

Closing Date : 01-05-2010

Registration : Shim

* Those who did not register and attend the dinner or the run site will be charge DOUBLE.

* Those who registered for rooms will have to pay even they do not go.

New Management Committee 2010

The Annual General Meeting was over and congratulation to all the newly elected committee members of this mad house.

With the new set up, the committee members have to live up to aspiration of the membership and also see that AS3H lives on a strong and sound footing.

Once again teh Annual General Meeting will be held.

All members are invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting to be held at Angerik Restoran.

At the start of each fiscal year, it always brings hopes and aspirations to a lot of members who wish to have a better Management Committee to manage the affairs of the club.

Now the time has come for the members to ponder and shortlist those responsible people who you think can perform.

The Committee has a responsibility to manage the club and the members must response by giving their undivided support to the Committee.

All members are requested to exercise whatever little sense you have to elect you new Management Committee who can serve you for the rest of he year.
